Why Montana Citizens exists
Our power. Our water. Our voice.
Montana Citizens was founded on a simple conviction: public power must answer to the public.
The founding conviction
Government must remain visible, answerable, and within reach of its citizens.
We preserve the public record, follow government decisions over time, and help Montanans act together when institutions stop listening.
That work begins in Broadview, but it does not end there. Montana Citizens exists to help communities across the state build a durable record, understand who made each decision, and act together when accountability breaks down.
Leadership
Kassi Solberg
Kassi Solberg turned a local fight for answers in Broadview into a statewide demand for transparent government and a meaningful public voice.
